Let this review be the one to steer you away from this place. I’ll start with the scalding hot water that greeted my cold feet and the lady just walked away. From there I was handed a menu of choices of what treatment I wanted, and of course I was recommended the most expensive treatment and before I could read through my options the menu was taken from me. Then the lady told me my options, and I couldn’t understand a word she said. After struggling through that she went onto do her thing. She eventually showed me a timer that was set to 12 minutes. I guess this was supposed to be for a massage, but I’m not even joking all this lady did was stroke my legs for 12 minutes there was no form of rubbing taking place. After we finished my toes we moved to my fingers. This lady literally stole my cuticles. I was bleeding, a lot by the time she was done. I got French tips and was highly disappointed, lines were different widths compared to other fingers and some paint was even left on my skin. After I left, I noticed sharp angles left on my fingers and toes, as well as a couple bubbles throughout my fingernails and paint not covering my entire toenails. Within 3 days my pointer finger gel nail started to come off—completely. For the price I do not recommend. You could get a better experience at a cosmology school. This place should not be this expensive and should not have these ratings if this is how they treat customers.
