Maclay was an amazing agency. Had no issues with them at all during my stay for 6 months. The agent who handled all of our queries : Alison was simply amazing and so helpful. Any and every issue was dealt with swiftly and without any hassle!

One of the best letting agencies in my experience. I was a tenant for almost three years, and our issues were always resolved quickly and without delays. Communication was excellent throughout. I also received my entire deposit back after vacating. Highly recommend them.

I had previously let my property on my own without an agency and found it time consuming and problematic. I had been reluctant to go with an agency because of various stories I'd heard about how some may treat residents unfairly. I have been beyond pleased with Maclay property sales and letting. I had originally approached them to sell the property but on a whim I invited them to provide me with details to act as the letting agent. They have taken all of the pressure away from letting and I gather that the tenants are also very pleased with how they are being treated with their respects and needs being taken into account. Alison and the team are professional, respond very quickly and are always efficient and approachable. I highly recommend them.
