My experience at Mad About Style was incredibly frustrating, all thanks to someone named Chelsea. Her attitude was arrogant and completely unprofessional—like she had zero interest in helping anyone but herself. It was honestly one of the rudest encounters I’ve had in a retail setting. If this is the kind of service the store stands behind, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
