They are union, which is a plus. Communication is a weakness for them. It was hard to get a hold of them in the first place, emails lagged and were short on details, they had my project done a month out from when I specified. I have never had so much trouble submitting an image. After I submitted, they asked for another format, so I did that--two ways in fact. And again they said it was unacceptable and offered to edit the artwork for 40 dollars. I am already paying close to 14 a shirt after taxes! So we'll see how the work turns out, it might change my review. For now they get only two stars for their lack of professionalism. Additionally, they are not very polite on the phone.
