Some family members of mine went shopping for after Christmas sales, mainly looking for Christmas collectibles that my grandmother in law and mother in law have been collecting for a long time. They started at Dillards or Macys and while in line waiting for stores to open, a little nice lady told them about this store. They went and were amazed by all of the wonderful pieces they could find. When they were checking out my mother in law was making small talk and happy for being able to find the ones she got. The cashier (Robin) looked at her with a disgusted look and made her feel so bad because she was only buying 4, as though she needed to buy the whole store to be worthy of a cashier to be nice. No one from our family will go back to that store because of that one rude cashier and it’s such a shame how some people can not be kind this day n age

I have been shopping at Madeline’s Gifts for a few years now. I LOVE the store manager, she is always so nice and bubbly. The owners are also very sweet; I love the husband’s displays and fun personality. I love the different array of things they have on display. I am obsessed with the Grinch village and accessories. I think I almost have every piece of the collection. Even when I am not in for a while, they remember me; I love the connections they build with their customers. I have read many negative reviews about the employees “following” them around. I love that someone is always around if you have questions, and I have never gotten the vibe that they think I’m “stealing”. People must remember they are just doing their job and managing the store and merchandise. I am so happy I decided to walk into Madeline’s Gifts on a whim a few years ago. I recommend 1000%.

Love visiting this store during the holidays as they always have such unique items. The only annoying thing is that every time I visit the workers are constantly following you around the store and eavesdrop every conversation you have if you are checking it out with a friend. They would pop out of nowhere and try to sell me everything I looked at or any item I made a comment about, very uncomfortable. It's happened every single time I've gone.

Very neat little place to get decorations and keep sakes. Super helpful and friendly staff to help you with any questions you might have.
