Sadly very disappointing experience for my son’s birthday celebration meal. Food had no flavours, very bland and tasted awful. My son’s beef was too chewy to swallow. Despite the quality being so poor and the amount was very small it was very expensive. They seriously need to improve the quality of food, I’m afraid. The service wasn’t too bad though. We won’t go back again…

The food in Madré was so delicious. The nachos were huge! More than enough for two people sharing. Flavours were amazing. The cheesy tacos and chicken tacos, also incredibly tasty. And the loaded potatoes? Absolute 🤌🏼 The service was really good also. The server was very knowledgeable with the menu and advised as to what to have and not have (two dishes we'd chosen were fairly similar and I appreciate that he told us). Food came out fairly quickly, and whilst we only got a couple of dishes each, it was very filling. Would go again.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and was really disappointed with the food. I ordered nachos, but they were dry and hard, as if they’d been sitting out too long. The tacos were also burnt and unfortunately inedible. I was hoping for a great experience on a special occasion, but the food quality really missed the mark.

Staff are very lovely and welcoming. They were very attentive too, also a lovely atmosphere in here. Sadly, the food really disappointed me. The food came within a minute of ordering, it was dripping with grease and luke-warm. The tacos were ripped apart when trying to eat them, they were that soggy and greasy. The elote was smothered in sauce, had to scrape loads off. Genuinely was smothered, but had a lovely flavour. The guac and chips were really lovelt. Its a shame as I've been here before and really enjoyed it, but really let me down today. Maybe we went on a bad night.
