This is my third time using magic car wash and I’m not really impressed. This is the worst car wash I’ve ever got. The cars still dirty and I’m $70 light. The first time I used them it was great, the second was mid and this time was bad. To expensive and lacking in actually doing a proper job.

I have used this business a couple of times previously for regular interior and exterior detailing. The results were average 🙂 not bad, but nothing outstanding, and the work was completed fairly quickly. Today 23/01/2026, the shop looked very quiet with only two cars there when I dropped mine off. I paid $70 more than my previous visits for the same detailing package, which was quoted as a 2 hour job. However, I was messaged after just one hour to say the car was already finished and ready for collection 😕 which immediately raised concerns. Unfortunately, the results today were very disappointing 😞 I specifically pointed out a few areas that needed attention, including the rear windscreen, but these were not addressed. The rear windscreen, side windows, and mirrors were untouched, with dried watermarks everywhere. Sand and dust were still present on the back of the rear seats, and there were still a few stains left on the white seats 😤 It was a light rainy day, but the exterior wash was clearly rushed. They did not soap the body properly, which I confirmed when I wiped the front bonnet and doors and could clearly see dirt still coming off the bright white surface 😠 There was excessive use of leather wax, leaving milky residue on plastic surfaces. Too much tyre shine was applied, and the headlamp surfaces were not wiped at all 😣 This is not what I expected for $400 💸 I ended up spending another 50 minutes myself finishing the detailing after already paying an expensive detailing cost.😭 Proper quality assurance by supervisors is critical in this type of business before vehicles are handed over to customers.✅ I would understand if it was a busy day, but that was not the case. Unfortunately, I will be finding another place to go to 👋

Absolutely terrible. I paid $139 and the car was covered in water spots. Many areas weren't even wiped clean. They broke the zipper on my car seat and didn't even bother to tell me—they only mentioned breaking the e-tag. To top it off, there was still bird poop visible on the side mirror. Truly a pathetic job.

It’s a great hand car wash shop. They provided a nice area with complimentary drinks while you were waiting. There are tv screens to show you the process of your car and estimate time to wait.
