⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely love Magic Jump Rentals! We have been using them for several years now for all of our kids’ events, and they have never disappointed. We’ve rented multiple bounce houses over the years, and every single experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. They always arrive early, set everything up exactly where it needs to go, and make sure the layout works perfectly for our space. The bounce houses are clean, well-maintained, and so much fun for the kids from start to finish. Their team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we’ve needed last-minute adjustments or changes to the setup. Pickup is just as easy—they always return on time and efficiently, which we truly appreciate at the end of a long event. We are extremely happy with Magic Jump Rentals and their outstanding service. We will absolutely continue using them for all future events and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality party rentals!

I just had a unicorn themed party for my 5 year old girl and was so happy to find this perfect bounce house for the party! The staff at Magic Jump Rentals were very friendly and made it easy to order and coordinate with the park. They dropped it off and picked it up right on time. I was shocked at how expensive it was to rent one at a park though - next time, I would do it at my house where I have power and/or can use our own generator. The mark up for doing it at a park doubled the price. It was worth it though - the kids loved it!

I booked an inflatable obstacle course from this company for a park near my home, but I didn’t realize you need permits to have inflatables at public parks. The team called me right after I placed my order to explain the permit requirements, walked me through who to contact, and even explained the steps to get approval. They were so kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the permit in time and had to cancel my order, but they handled it wonderfully. They processed my refund within 24 hours and even followed up to confirm it was completed. It’s rare to find a company that’s this communicative and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again once I have the proper permits—such a great experience even though the event didn’t happen! 1000/10 recommend going through this party rental company, they were great to work with for the short period I did.

It was really easy for me to book everything online for my Saturday event. Staff stayed in communication with me through email and phone and assisted me with all my questions leading up to our event. They gave me a call a day before the event to confirm everything wad correct for the next day. They were actually able to come earlier than expected to set up that morning. Both employees were friendly, quick, and efficient with putting everything together. They made sure everything was set up to my liking and showed me how to operate the generator for the bounce house before they left. I would absolutely book through them again.
