Right from the time when I called Mimi for a quote, to setting up on the day of event, and finally removals, Magic Special Events employees were very professional, courteous and helped us with making the right decisions. They were on time on the day of delivery and setup quickly. I will definitely use their service again, and recommend them to friends whole heartedly.
I own a wedding planning company here in Richmond. We hired Magic Special Events for cold sparklers + fog for the first dance + a cold sparkler exit. The sparklers were a huge hit and there was a small issue with the fog. The technician was flexible, kind and ready to make it work for us. We received a thoughtful email about the issue the Tuesday after the wedding and they resolved the issue swiftly. We will definitely be recommending MSE to our clients in the future!
Magic Special Events helped us make our wedding day so special! They have a vast selection of linens, decor, lighting, props…you name it, they got it! Woody and Harry were so helpful in our vision and Eric made the magic happen! Eric was so thorough in everything we had envisioned and created something even better than we could’ve imagined! He was our go to guy with any questions on the day and he is an incredible person to work with! Magic had a huge hand in making our wedding day the best day ever and we cannot thank them enough for all their work! ❤️
Magic Special Events was great to work with. We worked with them to rent tents tables, chairs, bounce house, coolers and speakers for our summer cookout. The set up crews were on time and left our yard cleaner than they found it. Harry worked with me to increase the tents chairs and tables last minute when we had a bunch of RSVP's come in late. Overall just amazing company and I will be using them for all future events.
Great work on making our 70th anniversary event a success. I have heard nothing but compliments on the event. There are even some retirees that have said that this was one of the best events we have ever had. Woody and his team do amazing things!
