After buying a case of wine I found that six out of the 12 I could not open. The cap would just spin and spin and spin. When I returned two that were left that kept spinning they did replace them but was not happy that they couldn't do anything about the whole case.

Friendly staff - very generous with the samples😆 They walked us through all the questions we had and shared some of their favorite options, prices are very responsible too! A just when in Ottawa!

The LCBO strike made me research where I could get wine that was not the Wine Rack. After thinking Magnotta was a spot to make wine I quickly realized it was actually a store front to buy bottles. The staff are great. Knowledgeable, helpful and you can taste before you buy. They have so many varieties to choose from, from 750ml to 16L boxes. I highly recommend. This will definitely be my go to for all my wine needs!

Their flavoured wines are delicious and their refined wines are interesting. Just love the amiable service at this location. Knowledgeable staff. Had few tastes before making a decision. Must visit if you are looking for some uniqueness and flavourful wines while hosting a party or just taking it easy!

Great wine, great price, great staff. In short, it's a great place. Their house wine tastes great and is really affordable. The house french blend is particularly good. I've used them to supply a work party, and their staff was super helpful in getting things organized. Love them.
