Magpie Books is my favourite local bookstore ❤️ I also love that they offer local delivery. Dealing with a chronic illness sometimes it's hard to support local when I can't make it into the stores and I love that I can still get my books locally when i'm in flare ups.

Who can say no to a cozy bookstore! Magpie books has to have one of the best poetry sections in Edmonton! I always find new books that I don’t comes across at other bookstores. The fact too that they host so many fun and unique events such as the Craft Book Club is a cherry on top!

Great local bookstore! It has everything you could want and so many genres! I was expecting it to be a store similar to We-Book-Inn but I was delightfully surprised that it was a regular independent bookstore! Shop local!

I always get the best recommendations from magpie! Such a cozy and welcoming bookshop. Highly recommend giving them a visit, they will most likely have a book for whatever mood you’re in ❤️

Great curated selection! The staff was extremely nice and helpful + they fixed the only thing I thought was a problem back when they it was the glass book store (that being that it was super unclear what’s section was what / lack of alphabetical organization) so it is quite literally perfect now! I definitely recommend this store and will be back in the near future :)
