This company is a rip off. My request was to clean kitchen and bathroom. They did no cleaning left soy unlocked overnight. I was charged aalmkst $300.00 and refrigerator, stove, oven bathroom sink, kitchen sink were all untouched. I called and was told that they only wipe cabinets, baseboards, counters and nothing else for the price. I could not even see that was done. Do not use these people. Very dishonest! I called the company today and told them the cleaners did not even go into the apartment. She could not even send me a photo as proof that the cleaner entered the unit. Do not use this company. They are very, very dishonest! Karen

My place is sparkling ✨ after a visit from Maid in Nola! This was my first experience with a housing cleaning service and I will definitely be booking again. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom—got all items under my bed, organized my bookshelves, cleaned doors off, got hard water stains off my shower doors, dusted the blinds, and scrubbed my floors. They even took my package in when it got delivered! My place hasn’t been deep cleaned in months and I came home to a spotless apartment. I’m very happy with my service!

We paid 360 for deep cleaning a 1700 sf apartment and one person came for six hours. We took pictures of stuff on floor and shower and faucet and they said they would fix it. The same lady returned for two more hours. Most of it wasn't fixed. Kool-aid on top shelf in the freezer (we paid 40 extea for refrigerator and oven deep clean). I'm not taking pictures again, but the doorknobs and light switches were dirty, shower was barely wiped. Minimum job for big cost. When I called to ask how six hours for one person cost 360, she told me they don't pay by the hour. How convenient. DO NOT HIRE FOR DEEP CLEANING

I've used a couple cleaning services but Maid in NOLA has been the best, with sweet, professional and thorough staff who can clean around even a sometimes disorganized home like mine and really make it sparkle. (They're considerate of my pets as well.) The admin team is communicative and reliable, and I can easily text them about services. Their prices can't be beat for the quality work they do.
