Chemitha was punctual, friendly, and very presentable. He worked in a calm, unhurried manner with excellent attention to detail. He did an exceptional job, and I genuinely cannot find fault with his work. He clearly took pride in what he was doing and was more focused on completing the job to a high standard than rushing through it. Highly recommend.

Excellent service by the team at MTC and my cleaner Sanjeeva!! Rented a house that needed to be professionally cleaned before we moved in. Had to reschedule my initial service date which was a hassle free experience with the team! On the day of my service, this one person turns up. Soft spoken at first and my initial impression was he’s unsure of what he’s supposed to be doing! But what he doesn’t speak comes in terms of his work. Absolutely exceptional effort! Can’t thank you enough for making it ready for my family to move in! You deserve 5 star and more! Definitely using MTC again!

Once again Mohammed did a fantastic job of cleaning my home. He also expertly ‘vanished’ a very sticky substance from the floor under my fridge; this attention to detail makes the home clean I receive from Mohammed at Maid to Clean very satisfying. Thank you Mohammed also for continuing to fight the good fight against cat fur on beds, couches and rugs during moulting season - I’m so grateful for your wholehearted approach to the job and the lovely home you leave me. The Maid to Clean admin team initially worked overtime to find me a next-day cleaner, and since then they’ve absolutely come through in responding to my personal needs. As an NDIS participant with a physical disability that prevents me from doing much of my own cleaning, I would recommend Maid to Clean to other NDIS participants needing home care. M2C are respectful and responsive, with a deep pool of cleaners. Booking a regular clean is a simpler, more reliable, and more efficient way of maintaining your home than trying to get support workers to do the essential cleaning tasks. Highly recommend!

Update: General Manager Tomasz has reached out in the meantime to apologise and settle the issue. He’s been really helpful and understanding and I’ve finally felt heard. We’ve come to a resolution. I have to add that I’ve used their services in the past and I’ve had a good experience with other team they’ve sent, perhaps it’s a hit-and-miss situation, but I really hope they’ll resolve this issue internally and hopefully I’ll use their services again in the future. Initial feedback: Extremely unprofessional. I gave clear instructions about what needs to be cleaned and which rooms were off-limits, yet the cleaners were lurking around the house and opening closed doors, including ones I specifically asked them not to (my 3 months old nursery being one of them). This felt like a serious breach of trust and privacy. The clean itself was poor - entire areas were left untouched despite them spending over 30 minutes in one small bathroom (caught on baby camera). I sent photo and video evidence the same day, but the agency didn’t even review it before offering a 10% discount. Completely dismissive and unacceptable. I booked a 2h clean and they left 20 minutes earlier. I would not recommend this company to anyone- especially families with young children!
