I received an end of lease clean, days before Christmas with a particularly difficult landlord/agency to satisfy before I got my bond refunded. The two cleaners from Maid2Go were exceptional. The apartment was cleaner after their visit than when I moved in! In particular the oven clean and extractor fan was spotless. I got my bond refunded with no questions asked, in no doubt because of the excellent job done by the cleaners. Not only that, the after care service was much appreciated. I received a phone call to check I was happy with the work and Joy at Maid2Go was kind, caring and supportive. In particular, her communication with timeframes and add on services required was great. Don't hesitate to use Maid2Go, they are very good.

I recently booked a deep clean with Maid2Go, and I cannot express how much of a relief the experience was. As someone with ADHD, I often struggle with keeping up with cleaning, and the task of a "deep clean" always felt too overwhelming to start. The quote was really reasonable as well as the extra cleaning fee. I added front patio and 30 mins blinds. I also want to specifically mention how wonderful the cleaner, Rahman, was throughout the process. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and left the place absolutely sparkling. He cleaned places that I wouldn’t have even thought to touch. Every hidden corner and neglected surface was addressed with such care and the level of thoroughness was truly incredible. He even found the pair of sunnies I thought I had lost lol thank you! I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time using a deep cleaning service but the results really blew me away. I am so satisfied with the results and highly recommend Maid2Go to anyone who needs a thorough "reset" for their home - I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in a near future 👍

Here’s my story I wasn’t too happy with the service. The two star is only because the cleaner actually showed up on time. I got the checklist by email before the clean, but it seems it was treated more like a suggestion than a plan. The bed wasn’t made, one of the bins was left full, and things like the cupboards,Bench Top, didn’t get touched and honestly, the list goes on. Let’s just say it looked more like a quick visit than a clean.
