Great experience at MAIDOR in downtown Montreal. I was helped by the owner, David, and Vicky at the desk, and my online order was handled perfectly as well. This was my second purchase (Valentine’s Day and now Christmas). Even though I was late, they rushed my order and took care of everything. Super kind, genuine, and friendly people. Great experience! I was looking for a specific piece for my wife while we were away for our anniversary. I noticed a stone I liked but not the setting. Staff was able to make me a completely new setting based of what I was explaining on the same day as they have makers onsite. The gemstone pendant turned out amazing!
