Great experience at MAIDOR in downtown Montreal. I was helped by the owner, David, and Vicky at the desk, and my online order was handled perfectly as well. This was my second purchase (Valentine’s Day and now Christmas). Even though I was late, they rushed my order and took care of everything. Super kind, genuine, and friendly people. I used to shop around, but I’ll be sticking with them from now on. Highly recommend.
Great experience! I was looking for a specific piece for my wife while we were away for our anniversary. I noticed a stone I liked but not the setting. Staff was able to make me a completely new setting based of what I was explaining on the same day as they have makers onsite. The gemstone pendant turned out amazing! I cannot recommend Maidor enough. As soon as we entered we were treated with great enthusiasm and kindness as we shopped for my wedding ring. We found a beautiful ring, and as we were in a bit of a tight schedule, they were kind enough to resize on the spot. They had also cleaned my engagement ring for me and they made it look completely brand new, just like the day I got it!
