The woman that did our initial deep cleaning was thorough- even though she missed a few things on the checklist. I let it slide and gave them another chance. The second woman that came was different from the first and was inefficient and lazy. I paid for her to be there for 2.5 hours and she left under 2 hours and the house was still not properly cleaned. The place smelled like she ran a dirty mop over the floor and when took a towel to check the floor, it was still dirty. She didn't touch the shower and didn't wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen. I called to complain and they sent someone else back same day to clean the missed areas. The manager also gave me a wrong quote for the regular cleaning and backtracked on the it saying she made a mistake even though I had it in writing. They would not refund the extra $35 they charged me. Needless to say, I told them I would not continue with their services.

The set up service was easy and painless. Most transactions I did them on the go and on my phone and once the service professional arrived at my house, I received the cleaning service with a personal touch. Highly recommend, if you like high quality service and reliability.
