Paid $280 for one clean of only 2 small living rooms, small kitchen and half bath. One person showed up late. Spent 40 minutes in half bath which only was a new toilet and sink basin. Did not clean the floor at all! Then barely swiped her rag around the kitchen countertop. Did not pull out toaster nor wipe off the toast crumbs. I showed her she left a moth on the kitchen counter and she told me she had to get to another job and they only give her 3 hours. I used to clean houses and have had other cleaners clean my entire house in 3 hours! This was only 3 rooms and a half bath!! I was having a party next day so I called maid pros omaha number to let them know the horrible service I received but no one answers or returned my calls. They make you pay at the beginning of the clean btw. I asked her to go over the 49 point checklist that they sold me on and she told me they never do that and left for her next appointment!! DO NOT USE Maid Pros! Total scam and waste of $280!! 😡

We started using MaidPro once a month when I was pregnant to help out my daughter is almost 3. They do such a great job and it’s so nice to only have to tidy weekly knowing they’ll be here to do the major clean. Julie H has been with us almost the whole time and she is wonderful!!

I can't say enough good things about this company from the owner to the officer manager to the employees who clean -- communication is concise and quick, feedback implemented immediately, flexible in meeting my needs whether it is a date change or areas that need to be cleaned is altered -- I trust the staff in my home (which has been recently renovated) and have not had any concerns - Xavier does an excellent job of vetting his employees and hiring the best of the best. I cannot conceive of using another cleaner in the Omaha metro area.

We just had our first cleaning with MaidPro, and they did an amazing job! The entire process, from scheduling to the actual cleaning, was seamless and professional. A special shoutout to Jennah - she was fantastic! She was thorough, efficient, and so friendly. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly showed in how spotless our home was. Highly recommend!

I have used Xavier and his team for about a year now. Having worked for a cleaning company myself many years ago, I have pretty high standards. MaidPro has always done a fabulous job, and if there is anything I am not completely satisfied with, they’ve either come back to fix it, or they at least acknowledge it as something to improve on next time. I really appreciate Xavier’s willingness to accept feedback. Every one that has come to my home has been kind and respectful. When I hear a friend asking for recommendations for a cleaning service, I always recommend them.
