Communication with the administrator was good. The cleaners were quite thorough, and I was home for the full time they were cleaning so I know they were working hard. I liked the small details, such as how they folded the toilet paper and extra towels in the bathroom and added garbage bags to bins that didn’t have any. However, I didn’t like the excess use of chemicals used. For example, one of the cleaners sprayed so much oven cleaner on the oven grills (on the counter) that she and I couldn’t stop coughing and I had to open a window. The residue got all over our backsplash and was not cleaned up. They also used a ton of cleaner in our microwave. It has now been over a month and I have not been able to get the smell out. I contacted the company twice to ask for suggestions and to get details on what was used but did not receive a response. As many have mentioned, they also could not finish the job and asked me to pay for more man-hours. A few areas were missed and I didn’t notice them until after the walk through. I don’t have anyone to compare them too since I’ve never used house cleaners before, but I think I’d like to go with someone who uses more natural cleaning products when possible.

Maids in Pink saved us from a tricky spot where another service stood us up the day of a cleaning. We needed a specific time as we were holding an event at our place 2 days later. We were lucky to get an incredible kind cleaner named Lubna who did an impeccable job and showed up on time the next day! She was incredible and we absolutely will be using her services again!

I believe it was Tatiana and Katya who helped clean my apartment today! It was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and they did not disappoint!!
