I started going to Main Line Meditation back in October of 2024 after learning about meditation through my company's health and wellness committee and reading a famous book that discusses meditation that inspired me to make positive life changes. I did my free introduction session and decided to join. Sun and Harrison, the helpers at the center, are both very friendly and accommodating. They are very flexible and always work with my schedule which can be pretty busy. The center itself is on the second story of a retail store in downtown Ardmore. Parking is pretty easy. The center is very clean and relaxing. I went in to this with no expectations but an open mind. I am so glad that I did. I find the mediation practice to be very peaceful/ soothing/ relaxing. After 5 months of almost daily meditation, I feel lighter and unburdened. This feeling seems to progress even more, the more I commit to the practice. The meditation process causes deep reflection for me and that to has lead to some pretty deep insights into myself, my way of thinking, and my relationships with others. I would highly recommend Main Line Meditation to anyone on the fence about trying meditation to improve their life.

I first came to Main Line Meditation when I was experiencing a life transition. I don’t believe that words exist that can be used to truly explain just how life-changing this Meditation practice has been for me. Finding Mainline Meditation is at the very top of the list of things that I am grateful for. In many areas of my life, I was stagnant, not possessing the tools to change or grow. I first joined two years ago and I went into it thinking let me see what this is about, lets try something new. I was immediately welcomed by Harrison and Sun, husband and wife, whom run this meditation center. I was not only welcomed by them but other members were also very welcoming. I wanted to learn about meditation to improve upon my mental wellness. I was lonely, anxious at time, I would be quick to anger, and I felt sad at certain times mostly because of the internal loneliness I felt. I did not have a clue why this meditation worked at first but I noticed a change for the better within the first few weeks. I was more calm within, I was less quick to anger. I had less moments of feeling lonely. This meditation changes you from within. It changes your perspective on life. I realized about a year later, that, your world is your interpretation not what may actually be occurring or what is going on around you. It is our perceptions and illusions that create what we perceive around and within us. This meditation changes that, and truly allows you to accept truth and peace internally within yourself. I am beyond humbled and appreciative for Harrison and Sun who not only helped to improve my mental well being but have truly made me see the world for which it truly is. I always extend the invite to my friends, my patients and even strangers to join this meditation method. I promise you will not regret giving this a chance.
