Consulted with Sara regarding a family member’s application. While navigating a devastating situation she showed no patience and no empathy. I wish she would’ve explained exactly what information she was looking for instead of being rude. The conversation started off well and I had high hopes for working with this firm but Sara was dismissive and referred me to the USCIS website instead of answering my questions. I was trying to translate at the same time as speaking with Sara as so many families do. This was difficult for the both of us and I hoped to gain some insight into the situation. Unfortunately, she spoke to me in a manner that felt like she was ready for the call to end and could not be bothered to continue to speak with me. The least she could do is be kind but to be rude and unhelpful is just frustrating. I think oftentimes business forget that good customer service goes a long way.
