Very good experience with great service. The food was very good. Portions were unequal in entrees, but we shared and so it was fine. The mole was the best bite! The chef's counter was a strange setup unlike any I've experienced. It was more of a kitchen view rather than a chef's counter experience. Nonetheless, neat to see.

We went for their special New Years Brunch Hangover menu and got Birria and Chilaquiles. The Chilaquiles were absolutely fantastic although you get choice of one meat or 2 eggs cooked your way. We paid extra to have both and it was definitely worth the extra few bucks. Cocktails were phenomenal as well.

We came on Christmas eve and every table was full. Sat at the bar but everything we shared was so good. The Fideo Seco was very good especially mixed with the fresh guacamole. The birria is what they are famous for so that’s a must. The skirt steak was great but neither of us were fans of the cheesy corn gravy thing or how the beets were paired with the steak. We were also getting quite full. The margs are typical for nachos but I think are quite small for their price point given how average they were. All in all we love their food truck in east so we’re excited to get to try this spot. Highly recommend getting a reservation through their website.

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish! Every item on the menu was absolutely perfection and you could taste the passion and care that went into making them. What really stood out to me was the fact that not only was there passion from the chefs but our server had incredible passion and love for everything they make and it shined through in how she cared for our table. We came in on a work trip for Bob’s Red Mill and had the pleasure of getting to meet the owner and Chef and him sharing the story of how he started was so special. I am an absolute foodie and would rank this as a top 10 dining experience.

We had an amazing time here. The food was beyond delicious, authentic and flavorful. The kitchen has a passion for food and quality. Our bartender Moises was knowledgeable about his craft, you could tell he cared about the process and ingredients. The drinks were balanced and delightful. He explained ingredients and the backgrounds of the culture and style. This place is a gem. Highly recommend. We ate the elote, cochinita civil tacos and the salmon ceviche, pictured with the review. We finished with a dulce tamle (not too sweet, fig and cocao nibs), also pictured. All were amazing but I can't rave enough about the ceviche. The Leche de tigre sauce was so flavorful. Chefs kiss! 🤌
