I was in from out of town and happened to find this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful I'm helping me select a design and color. Trusting a nail tech can be challenging but Susan waa super understanding of my concerns and did an amazing job!

I absolutely would not recommend. The nail stylist was super rough, kept yanking my fingers, and repeatedly told me to "relax" just to become even more aggressive. The finished nails were nothing to write home about: glitter was poking out and the finish was rough. I can't even say the price was great—it was average at best.

Saturday June 28th I got my eyebrows waxed here and this is how they looked today. When the lady did the first eye I knew it hurt worse than normal. She did the second and I was sure it wasn’t right. Then she put cooling gel on it and it burned and I’m sure she knew she broke the skin because she said oh this is good for your skin when I told her it burned. I just went to show them and get my money back and they were apologetic and offered me another free future eyebrow wax. However, I told them no, I wouldn’t get my eyebrows waxed there again. He then wrote down on a receipt that I would get 20% off of my next services. I thought that was very cheap of them considering I will be dealing with discolored eyes for months. Beware.

Pedicures are worth the price, MANICURES ARE NOT. I should have known that there wasn’t a talented manicurist at this location when the guy at the front desk kept insisting on me getting DIP acrylic nails. I had no issue as they were the cheaper option compared to Gel X. I was also told “Gel X takes awhile so dip is better.” What it really was, is their manicurists are not that good. Dip nails take little to no skill in the manicure world, and instead of this establishment really providing me with the differences in manicures, they insisted on me getting dip nails. It wasn’t until I talked to my COSMETOLOGIST sister, that she let me know how BAD my manicure really was. I have NO apex to my nail because of the DIP and drilling being done incorrectly. I got my nails done THURSDAY 5/8, and by SATURDAY 5/10, my nails were breaking and chipping from the sides. Even with dip, you can see the lack of care to provide me with a quality manicure, my nails on my left hand are more opaque than my right hand. I paid $130 with a $25 tip. I will not be back, I recommend finding an at-home nail artist. Better prices, better quality and better design/delivery.
