I reached out to Elin for make-up lessons. I am 50 and have never worn much make-up. My son is getting married soon and I want to do my make-up for the wedding. Elin took a few minutes to understand my goals and came up with a brilliant plan. She taught me all the tips and tricks I would need for an everyday look and also how to glam up a bit more on wedding day. Prior to the lesson, I watched YouTube videos and instagram to try to figure this out and felt overwhelmed. Elin was able to recommend colors and brands, and brushes while also maintaining my minimalist, natural approach to makeup. The brands that she uses/recommends are much more economical than Sephora, Ulta, or department stores. Her instruction style was kind, honest and effective. She gave rationale for all of her instructions and I left the lesson feeling empowered and confident. Thank you Elin!

I had the absolute pleasure of having my makeup done for a military ball, and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Elin truly listened to what I wanted, and enhanced my features in a way that felt natural and elegant. I still look like me, just a better more confident version. The makeup photographed beautifully, last all evening, and felt comfortable the entire night. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calming presence made getting ready even more special. I would highly recommend Elin to anyone looking for flawless, timeless makeup for an important event.

Elin did my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding on October 25th. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The experience itself was amazing. She had a fantastic setup with very calming background music, she is very kind and the atmosphere along with her calming presence helped soothe my wedding nerves. My hair and makeup turned out better than I ever could have expected. With her help I felt more beautiful than I ever have on my wedding day. Incredibly talented artist on so many levels. HIGHLY recommend. So grateful to have found her.

Elin was amazing to work with for my wedding makeup! My husband and I got engaged in Iceland and I was excited to talk with Elin about growing up there. It was super easy to coordinate a trial at her home setup. On the wedding day, she did a fantastic job highlighting everyone’s natural beauty and making sure my false lashes were comfortable. I really enjoyed talking with her and highly recommend her to future brides looking for a makeup artist!

Absolutely love Elin. She is so talented at what she does, and could not recommend her more to any brides out there trying to find someone for natural makeup and hair! I told her I still wanted to look like myself, and she over delivered❤️ I did not feel cakey, or overdone with the makeup. It felt like my skin and stayed put throughout the whole night. My curls also stayed put through the windy photoshoot! She is an amazing person to chat with while getting your hair and makeup done too, you can tell she genuinely cares for her clients and their special days.
