Most tender filet I've ever had and I've eaten at many fine restaurants. 12 oz bone in filet w Bleu cheese roasted on top, potato croquets, Lexingtonian "side salad" was huge and vanilla bean cheesecake was tasty. See pix and videos, and bring a credit card w space on it bc you'll pay for it.

Malone’s is our very favorite! Hamburg location especially! Our server, Quentin, was one of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. Top notch! He was very friendly, made great food & beverage recommendations, and we never went without anything we needed or wanted! We were celebrating our 7th anniversary & we received a card and a complimentary dessert. We decided on the cheesecake & it was delicious! I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about Malone’s, their staff, & the food!

Malone’s at Hamburg continues to prove why it’s one of Lexington’s best dining spots. Even on a packed Friday night, the service was impressively smooth. We were running a little behind for our reservation, and the front-of-house staff stayed in constant communication, keeping us updated and never making us feel rushed or out of place. That alone set the tone for the night. The food sealed the deal. Both the sirloin and filet were cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and exactly at temperature. The kitchen was clearly on its game even during peak hours. The Cajun Alfredo was another standout: rich, creamy, and carrying just the right kick without overwhelming the dish. We also tried the sushi-style crab rangoon appetizer, which turned out to be a clever and delicious twist on the classic. Instead of the usual little folded pastry, this version was more cohesive, balanced, and shareable—easily one of the most memorable bites of the night. Malone’s at Hamburg delivers exactly what you expect from a top-tier local restaurant: excellent service, consistent execution, and food that makes the price point feel justified.

My husband and I went for dinner today, and it exceeded our expectations! We called on the way , and made reservations, so as soon as we got there we were taken straight to our table. Our waitress Caileigh was very friendly , and prompt. We had the spinach dip for an appetizer, i had the French Quarter Alfredo with a Lexingtonian Salad, and my husband had the hand breaded chicken tenders, with a baked potato , and ceasar salad. We had no complaints about anything we ate! Everything was delicious.

I visited for happy hour and had a nice time!! The happy hour deal was half off all glasses Of wine, which is a great deal, as well as some other deals. They also had a few sushi rolls and other food deals for happy hour. I ordered the two sushi rolls on happy hour – the Midori roll and the Crab Rangoon roll — And I enjoyed them both. It’s a good deal because one is a fried roll with cream cheese and the Midori roll is a bit more traditional sushi, so you get a bit of both. I was most excited for the Chef’s featured Beef and Potato stew. However, it was fine but not anything great. It felt like they threw all of the pieces of beef that had a ton of fat on them into that soup. The beef either made me gag and spit out the fat (sorry for the TMI but I want to make sure to include that for my friends who get really bothered by that texture), Or just try to think about something else and swallow it. The flavor of the broth was good, though, and the potato, and it was really yummy! I don’t know if they throw bad cuts of beef into that soup because they think people won’t notice but it was pretty disappointing. The service at the bar was really great, and my bartender, Davaun, kept me well taken care of and was very friendly and helpful. I tried the Kentucky Lady cocktail, which was good!! The Happy Hour is definitely a great deal and I highly recommend stopping by in that time frame, especially if you like wine.
