From the moment I contacted them. Nothing was a problem. I had to change the collection time and it was rescheduled without any hassle. The goods were kept during the summer and brought down to London in the exact same condition that we left them. I can only congratulate the whole team for a great job and excellent customer service/interactions. I still have a son at Manchester University so I know that I will use them again! Thank you again!

Great service, very fair pricing. Manchester to Leeds, only expected one guy to turn up, but he turned up with a friend. Friendly, efficient, and considerate of belongings. The entire process took less than 2 hours - that's including a 1 hour drive and both destinations being high floored apartments. Incredible service!
