Unfulfilled Appointment & Lack of Communication: I want to express how disappointing this experience has been. I am relocating out of state, and today was the only day I could make this appointment work. Despite receiving a confirmation, the provider was not even in the building when I arrived. This follows a previous cancellation on Saturday the 25th, which required me to rebook. I made arrangements and traveled to the appointment again, only to find no one present. This repeated lack of communication and follow‑through is extremely unprofessional.
