We have been with Mandry Technology for about 7 years now. I personally deal directly with them on all of the technology maintenance and decisions for our entire network. When we first started with them, we were working on with everything on a break/fix basis many times scrambling to get issues fixed to keep our business running. Over the years they have brought in many talented people that have been able to change our network to a preventative maintenance making our lives easier when it comes to our network. I first met Thomas when he was working out of a closet at his father's business, Tom Mandry Electric. He was just starting out in technology services. His father's firm did a lot of quality work for us, and still does, even after Tom retired. Thomas had a great example in his father as a leader and a businessman who cared deeply about quality. Once Thomas built Mandry Technology Solutions brick headquarters I told him I was glad that someone was digging in for the long haul. Our businesses had been through a multitude of technology firms that came and then abruptly went. Each time was traumatic for us as we had to retrain the new firms.
