I was there on new year’s eve and I must say i’m kinda picky and not being from dallas (i’m from Sw Ks) I was pleasingly impressed.. with the level of attention to detail, cleanliness, and even the overall price of things because usually in the city, they’re outrageous, but their prices were very reasonable. my nail tech who I think was named Jenny was very impressive and paid attention to detail while doing my nails. There wasn’t even anything I wanted to file when she was done and you don’t know me, but there’s always something to fix when I leave a nail place. in doing nails for the last 19 years, I’ve kind of gotten picky but I can honestly say that I have enjoyed and I’m still enjoying looking at my beautiful nails maybe dallas should be a once a month trip to get these redone!!

I loved my experience here. I came to see Ashley who did my nails exactly like I wanted. I also got a french tip pedicure that smelled AMAZING. The staff paid great attention to detail and made sure my experience was relaxing and a good time. Can’t wait for my next appt ! :)

Best place ever to get your nails ladies! The customer service is outstanding.The staff are very friendly and incredible. I come here all the time to get my nails done. Here is what I did for Christmas and they showed their appreciation by gifting me a present 🎁

i’ve been getting my nails done with Patrick for 4+ years now and he never disappoints! his attention to detail is incredible, he takes his time, and my sets always last. super clean, professional, and talented. definitely a 5-star experience here at manos!!

UPDATE : The manager reached out to me personally and TRULY made the situation right. It’s not often you find a business take full accountability and offer apologies, understanding and action. Heather’s professionalism alone made me open to visiting this salon again. They have such beautiful work in their gallery and I honestly believe it might’ve been just an off day. Thanks again Heather for representing this business professionally and passionately !! Original review: Terrible experience, I really can’t understand all the great reviews. My usual place was closed and decided to try a new place. I got gel x and was burned several times which I can look past but my tech completely rushed my nails. He cut me multiple times and I’m not sure if you could tell but my French tip on my hands were all slanted to one side and thicker on one side. My nail decal isn’t even straight and my pedicure is super messy too. I paid $236 dollars for THIS. You read that right. I will say the front desk employee was extremely kind . At one point I had 4 employees standing around me looking at my nails talking and laughing and not in English it was so uncomfortable, I can’t believe I paid so much for such a mediocre job, also hate when they don’t do my pedicure separately because my nail tech had me turn off my massage chair for the entire service. Not relaxing at all !!
