Fantastic clinic! I want to specifically point out the front desk, support staff. They go above and beyond to help each individual patient with their unique needs. Their communication is impeccable and have never left me. Wondering if I have an appointment or if one of my appointments changed. Even when challenges arose because of insurance, Manual Edge always made sure I was able to be seen. Appointments are with physical therapists, not just assistance or technicians. The therapist spend a full hour with you, assessing diagnosing and supporting your needs. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
I started seeing Dr. Sheena a few months after having a baby and it was one of the best decisions I made postpartum! She is very knowledgeable, kind and makes you feel comfortable talking about things that can feel uncomfortable. I feel my experience was very beneficial to my health!
I have seen Teresa twice now for migraines related to neck issues. She is amazing! I have been to many physical therapists, but this is such a unique experience. She is very gentle and knowledgeable. I am already feeling a significant improvement after many years of neck pain and migraines. Couldn't recommend her enough! All the office staff have also been wonderful and very kind. They take Medicaid!
I'm happy to be able to share my experience at Manual Edge! I had extensive rotator cuff repair surgery in March of 2025 and I've been seeing Teresa Owen for rehab. My surgeon was concerned about getting a therapist that was too aggressive. Theresa has been amazing! She has gradually taken me from a pretty much frozen, useless arm to a place now where I am basically back to full function. She has also gradually given me very helpful home exercises to do to continue to improve my range of motion and strength. I have been coming to Manual Edge for therapy for many years and for many issues and always have received the best of care.
I have been to many physical therapy clinics over the years. None compare with Manual Edge... not even close. It's all in the name. Their edge is that therapy there is truly hands-on. Every single person in this clinic is handpicked and top-notch. Their expertise and professionalism are matched by their commitment to healing and developing and executing a program of personalized care for each patient. Their focus is not treating symptoms, but finding the cause of the problem or pain and alleviating it. Therapy is performed in private rooms, one on one with the therapist. Tim has changed my life. I suffered with migraine headaches, chest pain, shortness of breath and many issues that evolved because of those problems. I can't begin to quantify the difference Tim has made in my health. He is highly regarded by other medical professionals as the master of cranial therapy with good reason. He's broadly trained and absolutely brilliant but also a really nice guy. Ethan was instrumental in helping me recover from hip surgery and neck issues. He has helped my husband enormously with back and shoulder problems. Ethan's patients have nicknamed him "magic fingers". Another sterling reputation that is well deserved. The office manager, Jess, is a genius at overcoming insurance issues and overseeing the day-to-day operations. She is an extraordinary person and treats every patient as she would her own family. She is a bar of gold. Liza is another gem. She is the clinic liaison and a care coordinator. She'll tackle any problem with sheer abandon and fix it. Ally is at the front desk. She welcomes each person with such a warm and genuine greeting that you immediately feel at home. She's delightful! Truly, every person in this clinic is all about patient care and doing everything the right way every time. I couldn't recommend Manual Edge more highly.
