This law firm is horrible at communication and charges for everything they do. If a call was made to ask questions for any reason there is a charge. They give minimal help. They are very quick to charge thousands of dollars but not quick to help. This place feels like a scam. Do not use this place! Thousands of dollars were spent and nothing was done to help the case. You’ll be better off representing yourself rather than use this place. When questioned about where the money is going they just hang up and won’t answer anymore or constantly transfer your calls to different people and have you explain your story over and over again until you’re frustrated and give up.

From this experience, I did want to leave a review. Initially, everything was going great—they greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. However, once I spoke to a lawyer about my case, I was met with attitude, a bit of sass, and the feeling that I wasn’t being taken seriously. Once I finally paid, the whole environment changed. I was told I would be assigned a lawyer for my case and that it would take 48 business hours for them to contact me. Instead, it took an entire week for someone to finally call me back. When they did call, I was placed on hold, and once the hold was removed, I was told the lawyer wasn’t in. After another week of waiting—making it two weeks total—I called back, frustrated and wanting answers. By that point, I had already been charged close to $600 without any communication. This included about $50 for a welcome letter, additional administrative fees, and even a charge for using a debit card. I wish that had been disclosed; I would’ve brought cash. I will add that once I finally got in contact with the lawyer assigned to me, I did feel taken care of. But everything between the initial consultation and the moment I reached my designated lawyer was horrible. I genuinely started to think I had been scammed out of thousands of dollars. All in all, if you’re willing to risk minimal communication and being charged for every little thing—including a *welcome letter*, which should be free—then go ahead and sign with them. Like I said, my lawyer was great, which is the only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review.

I had such a great experience with Valentina! She was super kind, helpful, and made everything so easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and supported through the whole process. I’m really thankful for her help!

I had a great experience with Manuel Diaz Law Firm. They took the time to explain everything clearly so that my uncle and I could easily understand. Ricky Martinez (I believe that was his last name) was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how patient and professional they were. I definitely recommend them for any case they truly care about their clients!

We would like to sincerely thank this law firm for their excellent support. My uncle, who was imprisoned in Texas, received outstanding legal advice. Thanks to their dedication, his case was successfully resolved. We are truly grateful for their professional service. We are now waiting for the outcome of the immigration case so that he can return to his home country. Even though his family was abroad during this difficult time, we were always well supported and kept informed, despite the complexity of the situation. Another great advantage is that the team also speaks Spanish, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for us (thank you also to Ms. Griselda Rosales). The only point of improvement we can mention is that updates and responses regarding our case could have been provided more quickly. Overall, we can highly recommend this law firm and are very thankful for their hard work, their cooperation, and their multilingual support.
