Wow! Cannot say enough good things about this place, owner, and instructor. My first time doing pilates was beyond AMAZING. Laura is a powerhouse of knowledge. She guided me through exercises based on my injury, and after one visit, I already feel better and stronger. The studio was welcoming, clean, beautiful, and felt like home. Laura was kind, patient, and just....WOW. If you are looking for a professional pilates experience, this is the ONLY place to go. Ready for my next visit!

Laura is the BEST Pilates instructor in New Orleans and her new studio is so warm and inviting. I’ve been a loyal student/client for over 7 years now and I would never trust my body in any one else’s hands. Her knowledge and mastery of Pilates is hard to find in NOLA so do yourself a favor and book a class.
