I wasn’t going to share this review, but I am doing it out of conscientiousness because as a customer I would like to be aware. I came here to get my lips done for the third time. The first two times I loved my results, I got compliments, I was happy, so I came back. This time I had a different injector and I was injected with the wrong product without knowing. I had specifically requested the product I had done in my previous two procedures, as I liked the results. That’s why I went back for the third time, this time with a different injector as the previous one is no longer working there. She was 1 hour late to our appointment. My appointment was at 10 AM and around 10:30 AM they told me she was half an hour away and asked if I wanted to wait. I had already waited for half an hour, so I said yes. Everything was extremely rushed. She never asked me a single question, she was running around and I literally had to stop her to tell her about my concerns before she started injecting me. There was never a single word mentioned about product, which was fine since she confirmed she was aware about my request of having the product I had last time. This time my results had zero noticeable difference, confirmed by the same people who had complimented my lips the previous two times. I knew something was wrong so I looked at the receipt to find out it mentioned a product I never heard of. When I reached out about it, the injector lied saying she went over the treatment and the product being used. That never happened. I wasn’t going to write a review, but considering the ethics of this place and how they treat their customers, I thought people should be aware. I won’t be coming back. Attached are the images of the name of the product I request in the appointment confirmation vs the name of the product that was inject without my awareness. But what makes me even more disappointed as a customer is the lying, it feels scammy. Note: the receipt says full syringe, but I only had half and I believe that’s the reason they applied the discount.
