Love this spot! I have done many cosmetic procedures and still get a little nervous trying a new spot. I read a lot of reviews here before booking and looked at before and after and was very impressed. I was visiting Dallas when I booked and couldn’t have had a better experience. From Mara’s consult to Mimi’s exceptional injecting skills, I got tear trough filler for the first time and chin filler with ZERO bruising. Which has never happened before. I felt nothing as well and look fab 💁🏻♀️thank you Mara and Mimi! 🩷

I absolutely love everyone at Mara’s Med Spa. From the very beginning my experiences have been phenomenal. Mara is amazing, you can tell her passion is helping others achieve their goals, restore their confidence, and be the healthiest version of themselves. She is very genuine, kind, knowledgeable, and caring! You can feel the positivity and energy with her and her entire team! I am so grateful she and her team are helping me achieve my skin care results and guiding me in this journey! Everyone takes time to really understand the best treatments/products for you and understand your lifestyle and sets the foundation to get you there and help maintain your plan. Mara’s Med Spa will truly have you feeling like a goddess! Mara’s offers a variety of treatments all geared towards bettering your health and appearance. I truly loved the medical grade red light therapy, hot stones and high frequency therapy. Mara is one of the most beautiful people I have worked with inside and out! My husband and I came here to treat ourselves and it was THE BEST decision ever! Staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. I haven’t had this good of a facial since my Vegas high end experience. Very thorough and relaxing. My husband’s massage left marks on his forehead he was that relaxed and felt amazing afterwards. We can’t recommend Mara’s more. You will feel welcomed and be well taken care of. Thank you all!!

I followed Raquel here from a previous spa because I love her work! She has been doing my facials for years & I highly recommend her. Had the luxury of doing the Hydra facial Glow based on Raquel’s professional opinion and I feel it addressed all of my concerns. Ariel at the front desk was super sweet! Overall, the place was very nice and services reasonably priced. I plan on returning for injections and laser hair removal with Raquel.
