This review only applies to the services provided by Tracy Bristol. I had hired her as my CPA to do my taxes for my s-corporation. As someone who was new to the s-corporation world I relied on tracy to guide me through this process. Initially, she seemed very nice and knowledgeable but through the years the communication became weaker and weaker, the last year with her i kept receiving letter from the IRS from things that were not being filed. I was unaware that these things were never filed until i got the letters from the IRS. I would then talk to her and she would reply with " I will take care of it" well, here we are in 2025 and i am still getting letters from the IRS from forms that she never filed in 2022. THIS LADY HAS COST ME A LOT OF TEARS, FRUSTRATIONS, HEADACHES AND MONEY.

Mr. David Marcus is the absolute BEST! I have used him for years now and he treats us like family. His genuine concern and assistance in everything he does is outstanding. David and his team were professional, prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful. Their turn-around time for me is spot on, they really helped me get a handle on my accounting needs as well as on my taxes and even provided me some solid advice about planning! One thing I liked in particular was their documentation and instructions after submitting all my information, it was very clear and thorough. And kudos to their responsiveness! Can't say enough great things about my experience, and I'm looking forward to working with them for many years to come. My wife and I have used Marcus, Fairall, Bristol for several years now and have been extremely happy with their timeliness, professionalism, and overall product. Turn around time for any email is usually just a few hours, even during the height of tax season. Never had any issues with our tax returns and their accuracy is 100% all of the time. I was referred to David Marcus by my uncle (another CPA by training), so you know you can trust the recommendation of one expert to another. I've referred several friends to David Marcus and I've heard great reviews of their experiences with the firm. No doubt we will continue with David Marcus into the foreseeable future.
