Mario's Seafood

My mom and aunts went to Mario's Seafood on a Saturday hoping to celebrate one of my aunt's birthdays. Unknowingly, they arrived too early but were greeted warmly and asked to enter. Ronaldo showed them to their seats and took their orders making them feel right at home. He surprised them all when he brought more waiters and sang happy birthday along with a mariachi hat for the birthday girl. This was her first time here and will be back to celebrate more birthdays. Thank you Ronaldo for a memorable experience especially in a town that doesn't quite value the guest experience anymore.

Took my husband to late lunch for my Birthday on Monday just to eat and have some drinks. Jimena was running the bar alone and was very attentive, nice and helpful. Food was great! Just happened to be a customer sitting near us who's birthday it was too. They brought him out a dessert and the staff sang Las Mananitas complete with the music on their speakers. Staff looked happy, different from other places I've seen before that recognize Bday's. We were talking to him about how we have the same birthday, we had already forgot! Jimena heard him and asked me what dessert he wanted, (don't eat a lot of sweets) but said sure a brownie. He also told her he didn't need the song (just not his thing to be recognized) and she immediately replied "it's not a question!" Few minutes later they came out and sang anyway, and truly looked happy to do it again! Was heartwarming and made our day! Thank you so much to Jimena and all staff for a great time. Will def be back!

The food is always outstanding when we go to Mario’s seafood. It is my go to place for a relaxing, but fun dinner. They also have great specials and they have mariachis playing on certain days so definitely recommend trying that out.

I absolutely love this place! Extraordinary food that's incredibly authentic. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk through the door. They have great specials, tons of TV's for football (soccer) and boxing. If I didn't think it would overcrowd the place, I would recommend Mario's Seafood to EVERYONE I know. In the meantime, I personally plan to take as many of my friends, family, and clients here as possible.

Mario’s Seafood is a must-visit if you’re a fan of bold flavors and fresh seafood! I had the Caldo 7 Mares, and it was absolutely incredible—a spicy, soul-warming seafood stew loaded with crab, shrimp, mussels, octopus, squid, fish, scallops, and hearty veggies. Served with bread, it’s pure comfort in a bowl. My husband went for the grilled skirt steak. Perfectly marinated and grilled, served with caramelized peppers and onions, charro beans, and flavorful shrimp fried rice—it was a full-on feast. We also shared the Oysters Ala Bahia—baked oysters topped with crab, shrimp, chorizo, roasted peppers, and melty chihuahua cheese. So rich, savory, and satisfying. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Can’t wait to go back and try more! 🦐🔥🥩🦪
