Really glad I took my 70 ElDorado to this shop for new vinyl top. I didn’t have the window reveal at the time for the tech to install and said I would put it on when I received it. I was originally quoted $850.00 for the job but upon arriving with the car the price went to $1000.00 due to the fact the areas around the pins or studs would have to be trimmed out to install clips, somehow I got stuck with that job! All n all good job.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mario. Although he did not know me, I first encountered his business years ago when I brought a work truck in to have the seat cushion replaced. Despite my being a young woman at the time, they provided excellent service with efficiency and fair pricing. Reflecting on it now, they could have easily overcharged me, but they were honest and fair. Fast forward ten years, and I found myself needing a piece of foam for a farmer friend who had injured his back and needed extra cushioning for his tractors. Mario's shop was the first place that came to mind. When I explained what I needed and inquired about pricing, they promptly provided the perfect foam piece and refused payment. I was amazed at how simple the process was, especially considering I expected it to be difficult to find. Currently, I work at a dealership that regularly uses Mario’s trim shop. Recently, Mario himself delivered a vehicle with a newly redone headliner. You would never guess he was the owner of such a successful business; he was down-to-earth, friendly, and genuine. There are many options for trim work in Lubbock, but I cannot speak to the pricing or character of other businesses. What I can attest to is Mario’s exceptional customer service, high-quality work, and his genuine care for people. His commitment to these values has undoubtedly contributed to his business's success. I will not take my business anywhere else. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
