As usual, Mark is well above all standards. His professionalism and concern for his clients is above reproach. His staff is excellent in communicating with the family. With my Fathers passing we had more questions than we could deal with concerning estate planning and filing a tax return. He explains all questions in language that we civilians can understand. As a retired military veteran I would recommend that any vets that have tax questions or need tax support call his office . They are staffed with high quality professionals that will spend time going over all aspects of the tax season, tax codes and requirements. I will see him again next season as I trust him completely with my families financial security. Thanks Mark for helping us and taking care of the finances for the family.

First year Mark did my returns - quick and accurate, and he answered my online questions promptly.

Filed taxes with Mark. Quick and efficient. Initial interview went very well. Had a question about a type of possible tax liability and Mark went out of his way to break out the tax code to help answer my question. His time and effort was appreciated. Only suggestion to improve service is a notification when the submitted tax forms are competed and ready for review. Basically a status update on where in the process are the tax forms.
