If your looking for an attorney who’s gonna go the extra mile for you, look no further than Mark Polson. You literally can’t get any better in Birmingham! I was looking at 4 cases in a small town where they like to throw the book at people & Mr. Polson was able to get all of them dismissed!! No probation or court ordered program what do ever! Talk about shook!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen an attorney do that!! He’s the man!!

My roommate hired Mr. Polson to help with getting her license back after many years of not having a valid license. He was reasonable on price and got results much quicker than expected. They were always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Based on her experience I would recommend them to anyone.

Because of their excellent community reputation, I referred a friend to Polson & Polson for a case in Hoover. They contacted him immediately for a consultation and made him feel at ease after the first meeting. His case was dismissed and my friend could not have been more pleased with the representation of Mr. Polson. I would recommend them to anyone with a criminal case.
