I was with a company for over 10 years no problem that sold to this company. I have had issues with communication every since. The service is horrible as they run by if you didn't get the automated email that's not our problem rule. I have had several times they did not process payroll in time for my people to get their checks and I found out by employees calling saying they didn't receive a check. They didn't bother to tell me they never received my emailed payroll but when I called to check on it the President Lana Isenegger decided to yhell at me like I am some child and say that's not her job! They then decided after I said I was leaving to send a letter to drop me. I then find out not only did they not do my 2024 taxes of all info I gave them but they turned in my 2023 in 2025 when I came to pick up my overpriced paperwork and taxes. I had to pay them $7,600 before they gave my taxes after charging me $1,500 per month each year for bookkeeping and payroll ! Of that $600 per month was just for payroll to still upset my staff by missing payroll and then getting mad at me when I ask for the numbers to create a paper check. Now I just got a $1,300 penalty for late taxes because they said a signature has been waiting for me to sign on taxes since 2024! They spoke with me on a regular monthly basis and at anytime could have said we have not received a signature to finalize your taxes and you could get a penalty if late. No they didn't even tell me when I paid to get all my info. Made it seem like I was signing to get my taxes from them. Also my bill went from $300 per month to over $1,500 per month for same services less service quality by far. Last my new Accountants office needs some info and since they have it on a certain system they want to charge an additional $500 for me to get my own info that I paid them for. This is just the short version of issues I have had with them in a 3 year period. I would never treat people like this in a million years. They never have to worry about doing my business ever again. I wouldn't refer my dog to get a free dog biscuit from them. They live by charge as much as you can and as much as they are willing to pay. Not anymore paying 1/3rd of the cost back to a normal rate way better service. I should have moved on sooner.

Truly awful. They didn't file my return on time, even though I submitted everything months in advance. They just said they were backed up. They then told me I was responsible for the late fee. I'm astonished they have the reviews they have and haven't been sued out of existence. They basically have children running their business.

Joell was very thorough and explained everything to me. She took her time and made me feel confident that our taxes were properly prepared. We will definitely use Market Tax Services from now on! I would also like to thank Bailey for the hospitality she showed my husband and I. What a great experience!

Fantastic people! They truly care about helping others & doing a thorough job. My parents & younger sister were needing assistance on filing their taxes & Joshua Cicora went above & beyond in assisting them with everything. This place is truly full of good people. To sum it up, 10 out of 10 we definitely recommend!

What a wonderful group of tax professionals who made our experience easy, as they guided us through all the details which usually makes my head spin!
