Words can’t convey my appreciation for Captain Dave. I reached out Sunday evening at 8:30pm with what likely was the most ridiculous request he’s ever dealt with. We were looking for what equated to an unrealistic trip yet he took the time to personally call me and provide multiple options that DIDN’T include his company. How often does a business owner take the time to recommend something that doesn’t involve his company and do so with sincerity late on a Sunday evening? The answer is never. He cared enough to spend the time and while we haven’t done business, I assure you the next time we’re in the area we’ll make it a point to hire his services and I suggest you do too. Top notch service and support, even if you’re not hiring them. A win in my book!

What an amazing silver soirée 40th birthday for my sister!!! Dave was very professional and detail oriented from the booking process, to the planning of the event, to the day of festivities, we were pampered and taken care of like Queens and Kings!!! Dave made this so easy, I give him a few ideas and he cultivated and crafted it to life. I couldn’t believe how meticulous and beautiful the day was. My sister was truly brought to tears. There was a customized champagne flute, a customized birthday welcome sign on an easel, fresh flowers, balloons, the colors and decor were honestly all on point!!! We were even able to come up with a chef inspired menu to hit the notes of our food favorites and Dave even has menu customized and laminated for the event. The crewmembers were some of the nicest top-notch service personnel we’ve ever met. We were even able to come up with a drink menu and they were bartenders on deck too! Truly was white glove service all around. If you put your contract in with Marquis Charters, you will not be disappointed as every dollar will be worth it!!!

We booked with Captain Dave for a NYE fireworks cruise. It was our first time renting a yacht, and the experience couldn’t have been easier. Their team took the time to walk us through the details of the charter (answering all of my dumb questions) and customized everything down to the details of the decor and menu to have exactly the night we were looking for. They were a perfect balance of expertise and user-friendly. The night itself was perfect - awesome food, sights and photos for everyone, with the crew all laughing and smiling and going above and beyond to make the event the best it could be. Would definitely use them again!!

I can't say enough good things about Marquis Charters and the owners Dave and Patty. While wingfoiling in the middle of the San Francisco Bay, I had an unexpected equipment failure and was left facing a very long paddle back to shore. Dave and Patty spotted me from a distance and came to my rescue! They didn't just pick me up — they went totally out of their way to drive me to the nearest harbor. I couldn’t believe how kind and generous they were. On top of that, they were super easygoing, down-to-earth people who made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Their yacht was fantastic — spacious, clean, and super comfortable — but their genuine kindness and concern stood out the most. I’m beyond grateful for their help that day, and I’ll definitely be booking a proper trip with them soon. If you’re looking for a charter where you’ll be in good hands with great people, Dave and Patty at Marquis Charters are the ones to go with!

A special thank you to the chef, whose four-course meal was widely regarded as some of the best food we’ve ever had. The scenery was breathtaking, and the entire experience was top-notch.
