If you haven’t been here yet, go! I moved to the area a few years ago from MA and was looking for a new KB gym down here when I stumbled into this place. It was all I was looking for and more. Key is the best coach and will make you feel like you’re home the first time you walk through the door. All the members are welcoming and it quickly becomes a 2nd family! The workouts are killer, in the best way. I just joined 2 months ago and have already lost over 15 lbs, but better yet - I love going to the gym again. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard work but it’s so worth it. If you’re on the hunt for a gym to help build you into a better version of yourself, come join us :)

This kickboxing place is great! The workouts are always high energy throughout and so fun! Coach HighKey is a great instructor- so motivated and inspiring! The music playlists are amazing and make you feel so pumped up! I always feel I’m getting the best workout! This place gives a good positive vibes and I highly recommend it to everyone wanting an awesome workout!

This place is seriously the BEST workout I’ve ever had in my life. I burn around 500–600 calories every class, and on top of that I’m learning real self-defense moves (you never know when that might come in handy!). The vibe here is awesome—the owner is such a great guy and an amazing motivator. He’s been running the studio for like 10 years, and you can tell he really cares about the people who come through the door. The hip-hop music is always on point and keeps the energy up—you can’t help but push yourself harder. The people here are so sweet and fun too. A few weeks ago they even had a pool party, and it was such a great way to meet everyone outside of class. Honestly, it feels more like a family than just a gym. If you want a workout that’s fun, high-energy, and super effective, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

This kickboxing gym feels like family. The workout is great. The owner is personable and makes you feel welcome when you walk through the door. I had an awesome experience working out here. Also, no experience is required to join in.
