My experience with Mason Street Wealth Management in Fresno has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, it became clear that the advisors here are far more concerned with growing their own personal wealth than actually helping their clients succeed. There was little to no genuine effort to understand my financial goals or offer tailored advice—instead, I felt like just another number in their system. What’s even more concerning is the overall character and professionalism of the staff. Communication was often dismissive or patronizing, and any questions I raised were met with impatience or vague, unhelpful answers. Rather than feeling supported, I often walked away from meetings feeling ignored and undervalued. We trust financial advisors to put our best interests first, but unfortunately, that trust was misplaced here. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about helping you build a secure financial future, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
