My daughters bought me gift certificates for Christmas. Booked my first massage with Joy and she was amazing. Listened to where my problem areas were and gave them extra attention. At the end of the massage Kevin did an incredible foot Massage. Looking forward to booking another session with Joy. I will definitely be a return customer.

We went for a couple's massage, and Kevin's massage was exceptionally professional and attentive. The massage therapist was quiet, making the whole process very peaceful. I really enjoyed this perfect massage; my body felt completely refreshed afterward. The front desk staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back soon.

I came in with my girlfriend for her first massage, and I honestly regret not leaving the moment I realized how uncomfortable the situation was becoming. We did arrive late due to rescheduling twice, but the staff did not give us any trouble about that, which I initially appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this experience. Communication at the front desk was extremely unclear. What we were told did not match what we expected or asked for. My girlfriend and I were separated, which we understood could be due to room availability, but there was no discussion or choice offered, especially regarding therapist preference. My girlfriend would have preferred a female therapist, but she was assigned a male therapist without being asked. The service itself was rushed and painful. The woman who took our payment at the front desk was also the person who performed my massage. She repeatedly left the room every few minutes to check the front, which meant my massage did not last the full hour I paid for. When she was present, the pressure was often painful, including rubbing her arm forcefully into my back. I told her it hurt. What crossed a serious line for me was her pressuring me to remove my underwear. While I understand full-body massages, I clearly stated I preferred to keep them on. That request should have been respected immediately. From that point on, I felt very uncomfortable. After the service, I was pressured to leave a Google review. She stood over my shoulder while I was writing it and even told me what to write, saying things like “yeah, write that, that’s good.” It felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As we were leaving, the same staff member grabbed my girlfriend by the arm and pulled her toward the counter, asking her about leaving a tip. I had to step in and say no and remove us from the situation. Both of us were in shock. This entire experience was uncomfortable, unsettling, and unprofessional from start to finish. Neither of us felt respected or safe, and I would strongly warn others against coming here.

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at Massage DIY Spa. From the moment we walked in, the service felt rushed and poorly communicated. We were told the price would be $163, but no massage options or price ranges were explained to us. Instead, the staff member chose the service for us without asking what we wanted or what fit our budget. This was my first massage ever, and I made it clear I wasn’t interested in a full-body massage, but due to the fast speaking and difficulty understanding her, I assumed I was being properly guided. I was not. I was rushed into a room without really knowing what service I was receiving. While there were a few moments that felt nice, overall the massage was very uncomfortable and unsettling, especially for a first-time customer. The worst part was after the service. The woman at the counter pressured me aggressively to leave a tip and a Google review. She physically grabbed my arm and told me to give a tip. This made both me and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable, and we wanted to leave immediately. The constant pressure for a Google review was disturbing and unprofessional. There is a serious lack of clear communication here, and when communication does happen, it is rushed, difficult to understand, and forceful. I would not recommend this place, especially for first-time massage clients.
