Im disappointed that this location books so far out with any female therapist. Sadly, discontinuing my membership. Amanda is amazing.

I never do relaxing services like this so this year I scheduled a massage for my birthday (at a different place)and it was cancelled 2 hours before. Obviously I was a little disappointed because you really look forward to treating yourself. My friend told me to look at Massage Envy! I called and they had a 1 hour massage session with Nyssa— I was ecstatic! As a service producer myself, I know that same day services are hard to come by. Everyone I had encountered was very friendly. The environment is clean and very relaxing. Nyssa sat with me before to consult and I told her I had never had a massage before. She explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. I had mentioned that I was a hairstylist so I definitely needed some extra work on my neck and she exceeded my expectations. I could tell she was focusing on areas I really needed it. When I had checked out, they offered me a brochure to explain their membership and what I really loved about that was they weren’t pushy with getting you to sign up. It was a very pleasant surprise being able to get in with someone and especially someone who did such a great job. I am definitely going to take advantage of the membership! Thank you for the great birthday experience today.

To celebrate my birthday, I treated myself to a massage and a day before my appointment I received a text asking if I wanted to add a facial following it. It was the best way to celebrate and relax! It was my first time having Brian as a massage therapist and he was wonderful. Very accommodating and offered me a chest pillow for when I was on my stomach. It really helped during the massage and it was the first time I’ve been offered that. For my facial, Kelsey was very kind. She answered all my questions and provided me a list of recommended products. I will definitely be back to visit those two again.

I love everything about Massage Envy (this is at the Greenfield location.) I had to stop my membership for awhile while I was pregnant and had preclymsia. They made cancelling so easy. I recently read-joined again because I remember how much the massages helped me physically and mentally. It only took a few minutes to update my info. I also learned that they save appointments for members which is really nice. A lot of times I can only only find the time to book the day before or the day of, and it’s great that they can usually figure something out so that I can get in. My massage therapist last week was great and the front desk person was so helpful. I can’t wait to book my next massage. ❤️
