I have used Charlea 4xs now. I’ve been satisfied each time. She is very professional, and knowledgeable about the body. She is also very personable. Very nice ! I would recommend her to my friends & family.

Massage Envy at E Kennedy Blvd Tampa has horrific management who do not respect the customers at all, especially when one wants to cancel the membership. I was using the location services for a good six months before I got tired of poor materials using during the massage service. For that reason, I decided to cancel the subscription membership. The whole cancellation process was not straightforward, but the membership was cancelled. When I asked to refund the money for unused service, the manager ignored my multiple email requests, and I was forced to call in to check on a response. During conversation, the manager's name was Lauri or Laura in those lines, refused to tell me her full name and refused to provide written email response that she won't refund my money for the services I didn't use. She straight told me, you can do nothing and any complaining won't work and she won't refund money. Such rude handling of a situation I have not yet seen for my entire life. I wrote the Massage Envy headquarters, and they told me it would be up to the manager to refund money and nothing they can do to help at any situation (whatever happens at any location, it would the manager’s decision of that location on how to handle a situation). It took good 3 months for my bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT GO to this location unless you want to be treated badly once there is some disconnect with the services.

Julia was excellent. She was very attentive to my back and the areas giving me trouble. The massage really helped relieve my pain, and I felt like a whole new person afterward. Check-in was smooth and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of getting a relaxing facial with a new Esthetician, Victoria. I haven't had a facial in probably 25 years so didn't really know what to expect. I was very pleased with the whole process; facial, massage, conversation etc. I highly recommend Massage Envy for all the services they offer to make you beautiful and feel good. The young lady that greeted me, Laurie, was also very pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I'll see you again very soon!

Andrew is the best! Got a deep tissue massage yesterday and feeling great today. It was one of the top massages I have ever had and I have had many massages at high end spas and cruises. Massages are subjective so eveyone has their own idea of what a good massage is but he gave me what I was wanting a deep tissue, quiet, relaxing massage. Felt good leaving and feeling great today. He is professional and listened to me and my problem areas. He allowed me to take that 90 min to just relax and enjoy. Thanks Andrew!
