Shout-out to Shelby who is helpful, friendly, and makes the check in/check out process smooth! As a member of this Massage Envy for several years, the customer service/front office has been challenging in the past. I stuck around because of my amazing massage therapist. However, with the recent change in management, I have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Would recommend!
