Poor, it’s a hit or miss with the professional. I booked a deep tissue. I don’t think she intentionally rubbed a single knot. I use the word rub because there is a difference between massage work and rubbing. Anyhow, rubbed my feet twice, neck once? Also it just ended out of no where. Just terrible but why did I except a $120 deep tissue commissioned professional to do? Take her work seriously?

Poor Customer Service! scheduled two appointments to be seen via text message and both were canceled without my knowledge, spoke with the management and no accountability! requested a refund for my 6 prepaid visits. Please be aware that there’s no corporate address email or phone number for the franchise, It is privately owned, so the contact number that they give you is inactive, answers with a busy signal continuously.

Im surprised I still have a membership with this Stockton location strictly due to the help I’ve been receiving with pain management from the massage therapist. However the “manager” I believe her name is a color ? Is the most condescending unprofessional and rude person. I’ve over heard her talking about customers while checking in. Several times I’ve been put on a callback list because she’s never working on business days or hours. She can’t explain policies properly. I’ve asked on multiple occasions how am I receiving a free service if I’m paying each month. She does this passive aggressive nice tone while scamming you to add more services and refusing to cancel the membership. The place is very rundown. Dirty carpets and very stuffy. Member day is advertised but they only give you mini water bottle and old granola. I used to love massage envy when kwame was the manager. This place needs to be renovated and a new manager it’s sad to see what the location has become

I've been going to this place for almost 2 years. On my last service, it was the worst experience ever. It was extremely unsafe and she provided the worst customer service. After I received my service, she forgot to lower the massage bed as she was in a hurry. Due to that, I fell off the bed as the bed was extremely high and the room was dark. I hurt my back. My came outside and complain about it to the kristian who provided me the service. She mentioned that she was the only one working and could not take care of me as she was waiting for another client. I was in extreme pain but she refused to provide me with service. I even emailed the cooperate and received no reply. She also mentioned that her manager will contact me I received no reply from her either.  I’m still in extreme pain. They provided the worst customer service and were unprofessional. They do not care about their clients and just want to make money.

Came in the first time and was greeted with smiles and complementary water. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I had Anthony massage me. He was very understanding what areas I wanted to work on. During the session asking me if I was okay and if the pressure he was applying was to my liking. Had a great time, feel so refreshed. Definitely would recommend to my friends and immediate family. 🖤
