A solid place to get customized massages at a reasonable price. The front desk staff are very friendly and will gladly help you with questions you might have. Massage therapists will screen you before a massage to address specific areas of concern or pain, and they'll adapt to your specific needs. Shout out to Lenetta who was very attentive and helped a lot with my back pain! Felt super relaxed afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit

I booked a 60‑minute facial with Sasha for 11:00 AM and arrived on time. After completing my intake verbally in the “tranquility room,” I waited…and waited. By 11:15, no one had come to start my service. When I asked the front desk, they said they would find Sasha. When I returned, Sasha was sitting in the room but didn’t acknowledge me until prompted by another staff member—at which point she admitted she didn’t even know she had an 11:00 AM appointment. By 11:25, my service still hadn’t started. When I stood up to cancel, Sasha finally said she was ready, but with no apology or acknowledgment of the 25 minutes wasted. Her dismissive attitude sealed it for me. I canceled and left. As a paying customer, you’re not just paying for the service—you’re paying for professionalism and customer care. If a therapist isn’t aware of their scheduled appointment, that’s an internal issue, but the client deserves at least an apology. Unacceptable experience and I will not go back.
