They double booked and instead of figuring out how to help me they offered me a service I wasn't even interested in than acted like it was my fault.

I’ve thought long and hard before posting this because I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews—especially negative ones—but my experience here was frustrating and uncomfortable. I booked a 90-minute massage and arrived early. Before my appointment, I asked the front desk how much was on my gift card and was told $130, and that my service total would be $120. Everything seemed straightforward at that point. When I was taken back, the therapist explained the room setup and mentioned the table warmer, which I asked to have turned off. She then said the room was very hot and brought in a large fan, turning it on at the highest setting. It was extremely loud—so much so that I couldn’t hear the music at all—and all of the lights remained on the entire time, making it very difficult to relax. I also requested medium pressure, but the massage was consistently very deep, to the point of being painful. It didn’t feel like my request was taken into account. After the service, I went to check out and was again told my total was $120. I was asked if I wanted to leave a $10 tip using the remaining balance on my gift card, and I agreed. Then I was asked multiple times if I wanted to leave an additional tip, which made me uncomfortable given my experience. The most concerning part was when the receptionist brought out an iPad for tipping and entered my total as $195. When I questioned it, I was told that was the non-member price—even though I had already been told (twice) that my total was $120. When I tried to clarify, the explanation was unclear, and the interaction felt awkward and pressured. Overall, the environment, service, and especially the confusing and uncomfortable checkout process left a negative impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I regularly see Andrea for a massage, love her. I know multiple others that go to her as well. I prefer a firm massage, but she adapts to other styles as well. She uses sports medicine techniques.

although i’ve had issues with scheduling and last minute cancellation at this location, the staff remains kind and does amazing work. my therapist mckenna did an amazing job and i’d highly recommend her to anyone needed a firm but relaxing message.
