I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage today. $25 for 30 min till the end of this month, I cannot ask for more … I can feel every inch of my back popping … the massage therapist is so good that I almost snore … no wonder they called the place Best Massage at Secor. Thank you E

Hi I just recently visited the massage envy in Toledo Ohio. My wife purchased me my first massage session for 60 minutes. It was a total body massage. I don't believe I got the full 60 minutes. I think my 60 minutes started once I walked into the facility. Had to speak with the receptionist. Then had to wait 10 minutes. Then my therapist game. She let me into the room. Once in there she instructed me to take off my clothes we talked for a bit. Was that conversation was over she left to go wash up and I took off my clothes and put my clothes in belongings in the proper receptacle instructed. 3 minutes left she came back and we started the massage. It went fairly quickly. She told me she was done front and back it seemed like I missed hours of my life. Once I got dressed she waited outside and proceeded to market herself in many different areas that she studied. And I should call her and take advantage of her many business opportunities. Then she let me back out then she proceeded to talk to me more about 5 to 10 minutes. At this point I was ready to go home but unfortunately I had to listen to the lecture. Once there I was starting to fall asleep but she ended the conversation and I proceeded to check out. Then I had to listen to another lecture about membership and wellness programs for another 5 to 10 minutes. Then payment methods were confusing and messed up they had my card on file but somehow someway my wife's car got charged. It was a good thing because it was a present for my wife and her car should have got charged. So in actuality maybe I will you guys a whole bunch of money for all the free lectures and procedures of Ways to go about building a better you. Oh yes during the massage I had to listen to more banter. So when I think about it the massageare really short oh yeah she missed my foot. She got the one foot but she didn't get the other foot. Then we talked about my health issues she said she's going to spend more time on my legs that was an extra minute or two.. anyway not a great experience. And please do not send me a link to a portal where I got a report this because I'm not going to do it thank you I gave you guys a two out of five stars just let's just be happy with that oh yeah and you guys got a hundred bucks on my wife money she's not too pleased she wanted to give you a zero but I say what the hell give her too I did get some some some semblance of a massage thanks probably won't be back there anymore thank you. And remember don't send me a link to a pool to work and complain we're just wasting each other's time thanks again

I went here for the first time on Monday. Atmosphere was lovely. People were lovely. But everyone should be aware that your “90 minutes” or “60 minute” massages are actually 10-20 minutes shorter than what you’re paying for…they give 10 minutes before and after for “changing” and talking. Which is listed in very very fine print…you’re actual hands on massage time is shorter. so…I would honestly go somewhere where you’re actually getting your full massage and not paying for “changing time.” Thats just me though.

I absolutely love coming here when i’m not feeling like myself. Scheduling is so easy to do online and there are therapists available all times a day. The staff at reception is always so friendly and welcomes you with warm smiles. always a 10/10 experience with Massage Envy

Past, and Future. The welcoming atmosphere just lets you drift to a point where you can say I’m not going to #life today…. At least til you pay the session bill lol. But in all seriousness, I popped by in late ‘22 with bad Sciatica pain. The staff slowly continues to put me back together and when I stumbled upon Kim one time by chance…. It’s been in gamer terms leveled up! While enjoying the health and relaxation of the massage visit, there’s equal or more conversation and laughter too. I’ve been much more mobile since going. I feel more and more like I did when I was 8. I just have to keep in mind I’m not indestructible. To the staff at Massage Envy @ Central Ave in Toledo. A humble yet meaningful thank you for all you do and your hard work and efforts. I look forward to seeing you all soon. ~Chris
