Heather was absolutely amazing and saved the day! I was gifted credits for a massage and accidentally went to the wrong location. I was nearly in tears because I desperately needed that appointment. I called this location, explained my situation, and Heather handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Despite having to adjust my credits, she made sure I was still able to book and come in the following week. And let me tell you, that massage was everything I needed and more. A huge thank you to Drake, who did a fantastic job and left me feeling completely renewed. The customer service here is top tier, and I will absolutely be back!

Shirley was such a pleasure. She is skilled and so knowledgeable. Moving forward she is definitely my pick. She observed problem areas and worked the kinks out. She certainly understands what a deep tissue massage is.

I’ve been seeing Aleks for my facials for a while now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She has been such an important part of my skin journey and has completely transformed the way my skin looks and feels. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my skin and what it needed. Every facial feels personalized and intentional, never rushed or one size fits all. My skin is smoother, clearer, and has such a healthy glow now, and that is 100% because of her care and expertise. Aleks also creates the most relaxing and welcoming environment. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of. She gives helpful advice without ever being pushy, which I really appreciate. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about your skin and delivers real results, Aleks is the one. I would not trust anyone else with my skin!
